Orders

  • How do I order?

    Shop your desired items and add them to your shopping cart. When you are done , you can proceed to checking out your shopping cart. Check and make sure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases.

  • I have problem adding items to my shopping cart.

    You will be able to add the items as long as it is available or contact our customer service team for further assistance.

    The style/size/colour I want is out of stock, when will it be restocked ?
    Panaz launches new products from time to time. If an item is out of stock, email us at hello@panaz.my and we will be sure to assist you.

  • How do I pay for my orders? What are the payment methods?

    We accept online bank transfer, credit card and debit card payment such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express via secured payment gateway provided by iPay88 & PayPal.

  • How do I know if my order is confirmed?

    After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement email from us to confirm that your orders have been placed . However, do note that the orders will only be shipped when your payment has been successfully processed and the billing and delivery address are verified. Alternatively, you may check your order status in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

  • How do I check my order status?

    You may check your order status easily through your account page under “My Orders” section, you will be able to see all your order details, delivery status and delivery tracking number once it has been shipped.

  • I have a voucher code, how can I use it?

    Key in the voucher code at the field “Voucher Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to checking out.Please make sure that the voucher code is correctly typed before checking out.

  • How do I learn about your upcoming promotion?

  • How do I get value-buy discount? DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS on additional purchases?

    Our e-commerce store is built-in with smart auto-discount system – the more you buy the more discount you’ll get! No discount code is needed. All your discount will be automatically offered calculated in your shopping cart at the checkout page.

Shipping & Delivery

We provide both Local Delivery (Malaysia) and International Delivery via our trusted logistic partners.

  • Local Delivery (Malaysia) Charges

    We provide FREE standard delivery to any address within Peninsular Malaysia. An additional of RM9 shipping cost will added on delivery to East Malaysia.

  • International Delivery Charges

    International shipping is based on shipping method, the number of items purchased, the weight of the items, and the destination country. Upon entering your delivery details, the delivery charges will be calculated automatically based on your given address.

    For all international orders, you will have to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws.

  • When will my order be processed?

    All orders will be processed within a working day (excluding weekends and public holidays) according to Kuala Lumpur’s local time (UTC/GMT +8 hours).

  • How long does it take for to receive my order?

    The standard courier delivery takes about 1-3 working days. International delivery takes about 3-5 working days depending on the location.

  • How can I track my delivery?

    Once the order has been shipped, a confirmation email together with tracking number will be sent to you. You may keep track of the delivery status with your tracking number.

  • Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?

    We are unable to redirect orders once your order has been shipped. However if your order is still under processing stage, you may contact us and our customer service team will assist you.

  • I have not received my parcel, what should I do?

    You may check the status of your parcel via “Track your order” to find out why it might have been delayed. Alternatively, you may drop us an email at hello@panaz.my and we will assist you further.

Backorder

  • What is a backorder?

    Backorder refers to an item that is out of stock, but will be coming back in stock at a later date. PANAZ offers you the option to purchase an item that is listed on the website as a backordered item that will ship once it is back in stock.

    When placing your order, we will provide you with the approximate date we hope to send you your backordered item.

    NOTE: The shipment dates provided at the time your order is placed are an estimate and may vary from the actual ship date. Don't worry though, if the date is pushed back over 30 days, we will send you an email to let you know.

  • What happens when I purchase a Backorder along with an in-stock item?

    If you have purchased a BACKORDER item alongside a ready stock item, we will send the ready stock item to you first. (except international orders, in which the ready stock will be sent together once backorder arrives) The backorder item will be sent on a separate parcel.

  • How do I know if an item is backordered before I place my order?

    When choosing your design & size, backordered products will show a “BACKORDER” label and Estimate Ship Date just above the Add to Bag button on the Product Page. This information is also indicated in your Shopping Bag and in Checkout. Items marked as "Sold Out" are not able to be placed on backorder.

  • How do I check the status of my Backorders?

    You can always check the status of a backordered item in Orders page from your account.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Panaz purchase with us. Just in case, for any reason you are not, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise for an exchange within 10 days of purchase, unless specified. Please contact our customer service team if: there is a missing item(s) in your order, or you have received a defective item, or you have received an incorrect item.

  • What is Panaz Sweat Booster?

    Panaz Sweat Booster Series is designed to help boosting sweat and burning more calories when being active for better fitness performance and weight loss results. However, sweat might possibly indicate water weight, not fat loss.   • What is Ultra Thin design?

    We tailored all our Panaz products with ultra thin design to bring you a more comfortable, stretchable, better flexibility and softer touch than the other products with 2-3 mm thickness which are commonly seen in the market.

  • Why does Panaz Sweat Booster product not contain Polyester?

    Poor sweat absorbent ability of polyester will result in serious skin allergy issue.Therefore, Panaz Sweat Booster strictly disallows any form of Polyester material.

  • Is this product really effective?

    We received thousand of customer’s testimonials over the years about their amazing success weight loss stories with the help of Panaz Sweat Booster products.

  • How long until you notice weight loss results?

    This is very depending on one’s constitution (age, sex, metabolism rate, behaviour, etc). Some customer could find their results within 2 weeks while some can find obvious results within months.

  • Is there a guarantee results?

    There is no guarantee as this is very depending on one’s behavior. For example, the result might vary based on the total time of putting on Panaz in a day. It is advisable to wear it on daily basis or during your workout for better and consistent results.

  • How long should I wear Panaz Sweat Booster products?

    It is advisable to wear 3 to 5 hours a day for better results.

  • Will this product cause allergy?

    Panaz product is allergy free. However, it is recommended to wear 3-5 hours a day as some individuals might be sensitive when sweat reacts with skin after long hours.
